·B.S.EngineeringDegreeisrequiredinfieldofMechancial,RefractoryEngineering
Chemical,PlantDesignorequal.AssociatesDegreewillalsobeconsidered.
工作描述：
·在所有Hankin承接项目中，作为现场工程师/顾问，协助工程经理（CM）工作。·在工程经理指导下，负责监督现场施工，确保工程符合工程技术规范和QA/QC程序。·2-4年现场施工经验，对土木工程、管道、电气、仪表控制、机加工、总包合同和建筑施工有一定了解。·适应国内、国外长期出差（每次出差少则几周，多则几个月）。
·机械、耐火材料、化学、工厂设计专业本科或等同。
任职要求：
PrimaryResponsibilities:
·UnderstandrefractoryengineeringandfamiliarwithAutoCADdrafting.
·SupervisealldailyconstructionactivitiesandreporttoHankinVPofConstruction/SiteManager.
·Coordinatewithallsubcontractorsi.e.MechanicalErection,Refractory,Piping,Instrumentation,
Painting,andExternalInsulationforsuccessfulcompletionofallsubcontractwork.
·Preparedailyreportsfromtheconstructionsite,andsupervisesubcontractorstoensurethatallwork
prerformedisincompliancewiththedesigndocuments.
·Keepdailyrecordsof"As-Built"documentsandrecordalldeviationsfromthedesigndocuments.
主要职责：
·了解耐火材料施工，熟悉AutoCAD制图。·监督现场施工，向Hankin现场经理/工程副总汇报。·与分包商协调沟通相关工作，包括：机械安装、耐火材料施工、管道仪表安装、喷漆、外部保温。·编写现场日报，监督指导现场施工，确保施工符合工程设计。·保管每日“竣工”文档，记录与设计不符之处。
Authorities:
·Recommendationstoapproveandrejectworkmanshipofsubcontractor'sworkunderhissupervision.
·Disqualifyanddismissanysubcontractorforunsafeandhazardousworkconduct.
·Notallowinganycontractororhisworkersonthejobsitewithoutpropertraining,permit,authorization,
·physicalormentalconditionthatcouldadverselyaffectanycoworkers',safetyorworkmanshipquality.
权利范围：
·对分包商施工质量提出建议。
·对于施工存在安全隐患的分包商，有权解除合同。·对于未经培训、未取得工作许可或授权的分包商及其施工人员，或精神状态不佳以至于可能影响工友或施工质量的人员，有权拒绝其入场施工。
