岗位职责:

-Responsibleformakingannualbranding&communicationsplan,managingbudget,supervisecompanyVIcompliance,andensureconsistentmessagedeliveryatcompanylevel;-Manageateamofcommunicationprofessionalstoensurehigh-qualitydeliverables(whitepaper,ppt,productliterature,newsletters,videosandinternalcommunicationmaterials)-Manageagenciesintermsofevaluation,costcontrol,qualityandtimelydelivery-Organizemarketingevents,managemediarelations,conductPRactivities,compose/proofreadpressreleases,anddraftspeeches-CollaboratewithcorporatecommunicationandHRteamtodevelopemployerbranding&CSRplanandorganizeinternalcommunicationcampaigns;-Developandtrackmethodsandmetricsformeasuringeffectivecommunicationstoensurefocusandimpact

任职要求:

-Bachelor'sdegreeorabove,majorincommunication,marketingorrelateddisciplines-8+yearsofexperienceincommunication/marketingroleinmachineryindustry,with2+yearsofteammanagementexperience-ProficientinusingMSOffice,LotusNotes,preferablyAdobeAcrobatandStandarddesign/publishingsoftware.-ExcellentcommunicationandpresentationskillsinbothEnglishandChinese-Goodteamworkspiritandaproactiveworkattitude,abletoworkunderpressure
