-topreparefileviaSALOGsystemandcleartaskdaily
-tocheckdocstodigoutdiscrepancy.
-totrackshippingschedulesandcontrol/avoidcargodelayatPOT.
-tosendarrivalnoticetoclienttimely
-toissueinvoiceasquotationandcheckwhetherexpensechargedbyagentandoverseasinlinewithtariff.
-toswitchendorseddocstocustomerorcarrier.
-toproperlyhandleimportcustomsclearanceanddeliveryissuebasedoninco-termorCNEE’srequest
-tomonitortheFSLperformanceonregularbasis
-toupdatereportbasedonClient’srequirement
-tocompletee-filescanningafterfileclose
-Otherissuesnominatedbydepartmentmanager
