Business Partner工作职责
岗位职责:
1、有丰富的客户资源,开发潜在客户项目,挖掘与客户长期深度合作的商业机会
2、维护客户关系,与客户进行深度沟通,准确理解、把握客户需求;
3、为客户项目的策划及撰写提供专业有效的方案及报告;
4、带领团队运作项目的策划、提案、预算、报价与执行;
5、负责团队建设与管理,为团队成员提供业务培训与指导,确保团队的凝聚力和专业能力的不断提升;
6、熟悉各种活动的策划方法和执行流程,并具备独立策划大型活动项目的能力;
7、英文听、说、写能力较强;
任职要求:
1、专科及以上学历,5年以上资深市场公关工作经验;有高端化妆品客户服务经验者优先考虑;
2、良好的语言表达能力,逻辑思维清晰,可提供详细准确高质量的文案性工作;
3、具有4A广告公司管理经验,能充分协调市场部客户关系;
4、具有大型活动的策划、组织和项目管理能力;
5、具有奢侈品和时尚品牌活动经验者优先;
6、能适应较强的工作压力,能加班,有独立解决问题能力,良好的分析、组织技巧,极高的工作热情,高度的职业道德精神及责任心。

QUALIFICATIONS
