岗位职责：
1.Managein-coming/process,toensureproductsmeetrequirement;2.Responsibleforevaluatinganddisposingnonconformingproducts.3.Writeandupdateinspectioninstructionandproposetoimproveproductsstandardandspecifications.4.Takepartinsuppliermanagement,improvesupplierqualityperformance;5.Disposecustomercomplaint,convokeameetingforcreating8Dreport,analysisqualityproblemcause,createactionplanandvalidateituntilclosetheproblem.6.Maintainmeasuringandmonitoringdevices,makesurealldevicesareusedwithinperiodofvalidity;7.Ensurealldefinedqualityinstructionsareproperlyexecuted.8.Auditskillstothesupplieraswellasstandardrequirement.9.Implementandmaintainprocessqualityindicators.

1.KnowledgeofqualitytoolingSPC/8D/FEMAandsoon.
2.BefamiliarwithinspectionmethodsandISO9001orCCCSystem
3.KnowledgeforULstandard
4.Mechanicalorotherrelevantrelevant,bachelor'sdegreeorequivalent.
KnowledgeinMotorisaplus.
5.3yearsofQC/QAEngineerexperienceinManufacturingenvironment.
