-Clientsatisfactionscore
-8minutesservicepledgeachievingrate
-IndividualCASAopeningTAT
-Client’scomplaintratio
·Handlethetransactionsandprovideservicesaccordingtothelaiddownproceduresandstandardofservice.
·Assistlinemanagertoachievecross-selltargetsandfinishpersonalreferraltarget.
Operation
·Learn,understand,enforceandstrictlyadheretorisk,complianceandmis-sellingregulations,requirements,localregulatoryrequirement,policiesandproceduresinday-to-dayresponsibilitiesensureallinternalandexternalreportstobesubmittedontime.
·Withmonitoringofprocessingflowandsystembehaviors,assistBOSMtomaximizetheusageonresources,minimizetheoperationallossandensurepotentialrisksarecoveredbyappropriatecontrolproceduresaswellasitsimplementationduringprocessing.
·AssistBOSMtoensuretherectificationactionsidentifiedfromallkindsofKCSA/QA/SpotCheckbeingfullyfollowedandcompletedatbranch.
·AssistBOSMtopasstheinternalandexternalauditing.Norepeated/significantauditfindings.
·AssistBOSMtoensurebranchrelatedcash,suspense,sundry,nostroandmemoaccountsetc.reconciled.
·Ensurenocashdifferenceorothertransaction/reportingerroroccurred.
SelfDevelopment.
·Ensure100%completionofallkindsofe-learningandmandatorytrainingsetc.
·Activelyparticipateinvarioustrainingprogramsarrangedbythebankandkeepself-trainingonbankproducts.
·Developmulti-skillstohandledifferenttypesofclient’senquiries.
AntiMoneyLaunderingPrevention
·AccountableforimplementingandcomplyingwithAMLrequirementswhenperformingduties.

·Solidknowledgeofbankproductsandservicesandbankingprocedures,equitiesmarkets,unittrustsandotherpersonalinvestmentservices

·Self-motivatorwhoiskeentoupgrade,improvepersonalknowledgeandskillstomeetjobrequirements
