英语游戏运营工作职责
岗位职责：
1、游戏本地化翻译和校对，更新内容并进行系统归纳，保证游戏质量；
2、负责官方社区游戏页面运营管理，发新帖，树立核心玩家，增进玩家关系，提高玩家活跃度；
3、处理玩家问题，维护GM群和玩家反馈，包括问题回复、问题解决跟进、建议汇总等；
4、结合游戏特色，配合运营+市场活动，协助游戏进行线上活动和推广，提高收入和玩家活跃，对线上\线下活动进行日常维护及监控；
任职要求：
1、优秀的英语听说读写能力；
2、熟悉互联网、社交网络，如Facebook等网络媒体传播规律，热爱在线沟通和分享；3、良好的语言以及文字表达能力，良好的沟通和协调能力；4、工作认真仔细，态度积极，责任心强；
5、喜欢在线游戏，喜欢学习新事物，有游戏客服经验优先；
6、熟悉游戏类、社区类网站中的常用名词、专业术语和规范；
7、英语为母语的外籍人士优先考虑，可解决工作签证，或在英语地区工作/学习经验者优先考虑；
8、能力出众者可适当放宽条件。
