英语客服工程师工作职责
岗位职责：1.Keepclosecommunicationwithaffilatestomakesureeachordersmeetrequirements,qualitycriteria.1.与海外客户保持联系，确保订单的生产符合客户要求。2.Tocoordinaterelativedepartmentstocompletenewproductlaunchandcriteria.2.根据客户的产品上市计划，工艺标准，协调做好相关的生产准备。3.Odertrackingandreport.3.负责订单跟踪并提交报表。4.Collectingqulityfeedbackfromcustomers,workoutanalysisandactionsplan.4．收集客户对产品质量的反馈和投诉，分析和提出改进措施。5.Communicatewithcustomersiftheordersneedclarification.likespecialcanalsize,specialrequeirements,non-standardproduct,non-conformanceproduct.5．对于需要与客户联系制作要求的订单，负责沟通和联系，例如耳道尺寸特殊的，有特殊制作要求、非标产品和不合格品。6.Suggestionforprocessoptimizingtoreducecommunicationandimprovetheefficiencyofcommuncations.6．提出建议以优化沟通流程，提高沟通效率同时减少沟通订单数量。
任职要求：1.Bachelordegreeorabove,majoringinElectricalandMechanicalEngineeringispreferred.1.本科及以上学历,电子机械等相关专业尤佳。
2.GoodcommunicationinEnglish.2.熟练的英语沟通能力。3.2yearworkingexperience.3.2年以上外资企业工作经验。4.Canacceptnightshifs.4.可接受晚班。
