英文助教工作职责
岗位职责：
1.跟进学员英语学习，帮助学员适应线上学习，提供学习辅导
2.监督学员学习计划进度，定期与家长沟通，交流反馈青少儿学员的学习情况及学习效果
3.解决学员学习中出现的问题，积极提升教学品质
4.监督教学质量，跨部门沟通服务优化方案
5.促进客户的续约和转介绍
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，英文六级或专四以上，英文口语发音纯正
2.热情开朗，对青少儿有热情，可以很好的引导孩子并给与家长好的教育理念。
3.服务意识佳，团队协作能力强，有上进心
4.接受轮班，做五休二
5.有教育行业工作经验或国外留学、生活经历者优先
