Automation manager工作职责
岗位职责：
1.Beresponsiblefortheimplementationautomationprojectastheprogrammanager.
2.Managesmultiple,oftenconcurrent,projectsandmeetsdeadlines.Responsibleforthestrictsupervisionofthesmoothprogressoftheproject.
3.Toobserveimprovementopportunityandtoimplementtheautomationinfactorytotargetforbetterefficiency&costsaving.
4.Fullyunderstandingthebusinessneeds,andhasathoroughknowledgeofspecifiedcustomer(internal+external)anditsproductsrequirementwhendevelopingaprojectscope.Incorporatesbusinessforesightintoproductsdevelopmentatdifferentstages.
5.ProvideTechniquesupporttothenewprojectdevelopment,includingcustomerclearlyproductsrequirementsidentification,electrical&mechanicaldesigntrainingtoteammembers.
6.LiaisonbetweenCustomer,sub-automatonvendors,manufacturerandotherkeystakeholdersasneededtoensureallcompletenessandclarityofprogramrequirementsandscope.
7.Maydevelopandexecutevalidationprotocols.Mayinfluencevalidationstrategies.
8.Establishesandcultivatesanextensivenetworkofsupporttofacilitatecompletionofassignments.
9.Carryoutprojectanalysisdiscussionmeeting,putforwardopinionsandSuggestions.
任职要求：
1.Bachelororabove,ElectronicEngineeringmajor.
2.Atleast10yearsworkingexperience,morethan5yearsworkingofengineeringmanagementexperienceontheautomationdevelopment.
3.ExcellentEnglishandcomputerskills.
4.Goodleadershipandteammanagementability,strongcommunicationskills,andwithstrongsenseofresponsibility.
5.FamiliarwithSolidwork,ProE,C++,Labview.
