Automation Tester工作职责
岗位职责：
Operation:
-Define,implementandoperateISwideRequestManagementpolicies,processesandprocedures,leveragingexistingandbuildingnewautomationtools.
-RequestCatalogManagementthroughGovernanceandChangeprocess.
-LeadoutsourcedrequestmanagementteamofcontractorsormanagedservicetodeliverallscalableISrequestsatthelowestpossiblecost,withhighestqualityandperformance.
-Participateinthehiring/on-boardingprocessforContractors.ProvidetechnicaldirectiontoContractors.
Projects:
-ManageRequestCatalog/workflowCIPwithcollaboratingwithITSMgovernanceteam,BSMandautomationprojects.
-DedicatedTesteronRegressiontest.
-Testanddefectmanagementonnewfunctionalityandworkflow.
-DevelopAutomationtestscriptsandexecution.
任职要求：
计算机专业，学士学位
2-3年IT运维管理工作经验
有面向客户服务经验
了解ITIL和在IT服务管理、部署和执行上有丰富经验
了解IT技术和IT支持流程
良好的项目管理技巧
有能力带领全球团队共同合作
较强的分析能力、人际关系和组织能力，包括良好的冲突管理能力和与来自不同背景的人在全球组织中良好合作的能力。
优秀的英文口语和书写能力
