外资生产经理工作职责
岗位职责：
1、参与制定公司发展战略与年度经营计划；

2、组织制定并实施生产战略规划；

3、维护并完善安全生产管理，推动安全生产措施的实施到位并进行定期的安全回顾；

4、主持制定、调整年度生产计划及总预算；

5、综合平衡年度生产任务，根据生产计划规划组织必须的生产资源；
Tobalanceannualproductiontaskcomprehensively,andpreparesufficientresourcestodeliver.
6、负责推动执行EMS精益管理，如5S管理、TPM管理等；
ToberesponsibleforpromotingEMSLEANmanufacturing,suchas5S,TPM,etc.
7、负责建立工厂生产现场的质量控制体系，做好生产过程中的产品标识和生产现场的管理；

8、领导建立和完善生产过程质量管理制度，组织实施并监督、检查生产质量体系的运行；

9、随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题；

10、组织新技术、新材料、新工艺、新设备的应用推广；

11、组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等；

12、领导、管理工厂维护部门对工厂基础设备维护，保证生产现场能够正常生产，设备处于良好状态；

13、使用精益生产理念和工具不断进行改善；

任职要求：
-工作经验:Workingexperiences
1、具备丰富的家电行业生产制造管理经验，生产营运相关岗位5年以上管理经验（生产经理岗位2年以上经验尤佳）。
Yearsofmanagementexperiencesinhomeappliancemanufacturingareas,preferred2-yearworkingbackgroundonthepositionofproductionmanagerandtotal5yearsmanagementexperienceinrelatedoperationposition.
2、熟悉家电行业的生产过程；

3、熟悉生产规程以及质量控制与质量管理；
Tobefamiliarwithproductionregulations,qualitycontrolandqualitymanagement.
4、丰富的生产制造设备知识与管理经验；

5、优秀的生产工程和生产项目管理方面的技能和丰富的经验；

6、具备良好的生产经营管理理念，有一定财务和劳动法知识；

7、熟练应用精益生产理念和知识进行安全质量成本交付的持续改善，以及人员的培养。

8、熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的英文读、写、说能力将优先考虑。
