外籍英语老师工作职责
岗位职责：
Jobresponsibilities
1、ToprepareandprovideDemoclassesasrequired；
课前备课并按照要求提供教学展示课；
2、TohelpstudentsstudyandimprovetheirEnglishability;
帮助学生学习和提高英语水平并达成学习目标；
3、Toprovideadviceandassistancetostudents,inandoutoftheclassroom;
课上课下为学生提供学习和交流；
4、Teachthroughliveiyactivities,topromoteandpreservetoattractchildreninvolvedinthetrainingprocess.
寓教于乐，在教授过程中保持活跃的课堂气氛并确保所有的学生都融入到课堂当中。
任职要求：
Jobrequirements:
1、NativeEnglishspeaker,holdsaworkvisa,onlyemploysBritishandAmericanWhiteTeachers;
英语为母语的外籍教师，持有工作签证，只雇佣英国或美国籍白人教师；
2、Bachelor\”sdegreeorabove;
拥有学士或以上学位；
3、3-5yearsteachingexperience,mostholdtheinternationalcertificationTEFLandTESOLcertificate;
3-5年以上少儿英语教学经验，须有TEFL和TESOL资格证书；
4、Thecandidateshouldloveteachingberesponsibleforandbepatientwithstudents,bewillingtocooperatewithcolleagueswithgoodteamworkspirit；
热爱教学事业，敬业主动，对待教学有耐心、认真的态度，具有团队合作精神；
5、Havesenseofhumor,andlong-termcooperationintentions,highlymotivatedandgoalorientation.
