外汇交易工作职责
岗位职责：1、Developsalesteamandcompletethecompany’sannualsalestargetandtaskaccordingtothecompanystrategyandsalesplan;根据公司的战略和销售计划，制定营销团队的销售计划，考核完成公司年度销售目标和任务；
2、Responsibleforcustomercommunicationandmanagementeffectively;负责进行有效的客户管理以及沟通；
3、Abletoapplyserviceskills,communicationskillstosolvecustomerdissatisfactionandcomplaints,responsiblefordevelopingandmaintaininggoodcustomerrelations;能够灵活运用服务技巧、沟通技巧解决客户的不满和投诉，负责发展和维护良好的客户关系；
4、Assistleadershiptoestablish,participateinrelevantpoliciesandsalesmanagementsystem;制定、参与协助上层执行相关的销售政策以及销售管理制度；
任职要求：1，Mastertheknowledgeofforexintheinternationalfinancialmarkets,passionforfinancialindustry,familiarwiththeregulationsandrelatedpolicies;对国际金融市场特别是外汇交易有深入的了解，热爱金融行业，熟悉金融行业的法规和相关政策；
2，Morethan1yearsintheforexindustry,marketingorconsultingservicesrelated;从事外汇行业市场营销，咨询服务相关工作1年以上；
3，Goodnegotiationandcommunicationskills,havefinancialknowledgeandstrongabilityoflearning(telesalesexperienceispreferred);具有良好的谈判、沟通能力，具备一定的金融知识和较强的学习能力（有电话营销经验优先）；
4，Strongexpressionability,goodatcommunication,canbearhardshipsandbecapableofhardwork;表达能力强，善于沟通，能吃苦耐劳；
5，Widerangeofclientresourcesispreferred,especiallyIBclients;有广泛客户资源者优先，特别是渠道/机构客户；
6，Richexperienceincustomerserviceandthestrongsalesability.有丰富的客户服务经验，有较强的销售能力
