岗位职责：
AbouttheDepartment:HSBCDataProcessingGuangdong(HDPG)inGuangzhoumainlyprovidescomprehensiveandscalableanalyticalservicestosupportHSBC’sRetailBankingandWealthManagement(RBWM),CommercialBanking(CMB)andGlobalBanking(GB)inAsiaPacific,includingHongKong.-Beresponsiblefordatainfrastructurewhichprovidesstrategicandtacticalinformationtoempowerthebusinesstomakeinformeddecisionacrossmultiplegeographiesandbusinessunits.-Transformthebusinessrequirementsfromclientgroupsintoprogramcodingpreciselyandprocesstodeliverwithhighquality.-Collaboratewithclientgroups,leveragingonvariousdirectandmannedchanneltoreachouttargetcustomerswithrelevantproductsolutionseffectively.-CampaignManagementRole-Activelyexploreandenhancetheexistingprocessflow,anddevelopnewprocessflowofcampaignmanagementinordertomaximizetheeffectivenessandefficiency.Supportcampaignexecutionprocess,buildeventtriggersandevaluatethecampaigneffectiveness.-ManagementInformationRole-Develop,designandmaintainreportinginfrastructure,andactivelyprovideinsightsfromtheMIinlinewithbusinessrequirements.

-Degreeholderwithmajorinquantitative,numericalscienceorbusiness-relateddiscipline.-Ahighlynumerate,analyticalandlogicalindividualwhoisindependent,self-motivatedandateamplayer.-ExcellentcommunicationandpresentationskillswithgoodcommandoforalandwrittenEnglishandChinese-CandidatewithlessexperiencemaybeconsideredforanAnalystrole.-CampaignManagementRole–KnowledgeinSASprogramming,UNIX,CIM,Teradata,Celebrus,userrequirementwrite-upandcampaignproductionprocess.ExposuretoR,Python,SparkandHadoopisdesirable.-ManagementInformationRole-KnowledgeinSASprogramming,Excel,VBA,BusinessintelligencetoolslikeQlikview/Qliksense,Cognos,SASVisualAnalytics,Tableau,databasedesignandmanagement,anduserrequirementwrite-up.
