岗位职责：
§Leadandcontroltherawmaterialinventoryplanningandhumanresourceplanningtoensurethetimlyfeedingoftheproductionline
§Organizeandfollowuppurchasingplan,manufacturingplananddeliveryplantogetherwiththecustomer
§Leadtheplanning,organizingandcontrollingofallthewarehouseandtransportationactivities
§ManagethewarehousingandtransportationvendorsandmakesuretheycanmatchFiegeKPIrequirements
§Managethedailywarehouseoperations.Setupthestandardproceduresaccordingtodifferencefunctionsinwarehouseoperationsfordifferentcustomers.
§EnsurethetimelyandaccuratedataentryinWMSsystemorotherrelatedoperationsystems.
§Leadcycle-countandannualstock-takingprocessinordertoensurestockaccuracy.
§Managethepackingmaterialsanddocostcontrolfromallaspects.
§Beresponsibleforthelocalrecruiting,teambuilding,coachingandtraining.DefinethejobresponsibilitiesofthepositionsaswellastheKPIevaluation,arrangetheannualappraisalincompliancewiththegrouppolicy.Ensurealowfluctuationrate.
§EnsuretheteamcanaccomplishtheKPIrequirementofthedepartment,andmakethecustomerssatisfied.
§Reviewinternal/externalcustomerrequirementsandtakeproperactionsforthecompliance
§Confirmbillingreport,reviewtheserviceperformancewithcustomermonthly,managecustomercomplain.
§Communicatewithrelateddepartmentsandsuppliers.
§Regularreporttomanagement.

任职要求：
EDUCATION&FURTHERDEVELOPMENT/TRAINING
§Universitygraduatedorabove.
§Atleast10yearsworkingexperienceinlogisticsindustriesand8yearsexperienceonmanagementlevel.
§5-8yearsproficiencyexperienceinmanufactorycompany,experienceininventoryplanning,purchasing,forecastingorgeneralsupplychainexpertise
§TrainingonProjectManagementandleanmanagementispreferred.
