投行业务总监工作职责
岗位职责：
1、负责维护公司现有客户资源，结合客户需求，制定相应方案，挖掘有价值的投资项目机会；
2、参与项目的寻找、开发、筛选、跟踪、尽职调查等工作，包括且不限于项目结构设计、财务分析、可行性分析及回报分析等；
3、挖掘、建立、维护与银行、券商、保险、基金等金融机构各方资源；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济管理等相关专业，具有5年以上投资银行、证券公司、投行等相关从业工作经验；
2、熟悉国内投融资运作规律及操作模式、法律法规与方针，有过成功的项目；
3、在投融资领域有强大的人脉资源，具备丰富的金融专业知识；
4、具备良好的语言沟通能力与团队协作能力。

Familiarwithdomesticinvestmentandfinancingoperationrulesandoperationpatterns,lawsandregulationsandpolicies,andhavesuccessfulprojects;
Havingstrongconnectionsintheinvestmentandfinancingareasandrichfinancialexpertise;
Goodcommunicationskillsandteamworkskills.
