Training Engineer工作职责
岗位职责：
1、负责监督薄膜太阳能电池后段设备调试以及日常生产中划线段工艺环节，维持并持续改善该工序的良率及相关参数。

2、负责发现并跟进电池生产过程中的划线相关重大问题，并组织团队解决。

3、负责编写及制定相关物料的采购规范、技术规格，以及生产作业的标准化，同时对相关人员进行培训工作。

4、负责生产工艺的优化设计、分析及整合工作。

5、负责各工序的持续技术改善和提高，包括新工艺导入和新材料的开发、评估等工作。

6、负责在设备开发、调试、制造过程中提供技术支持。

◆8年以上太阳能电池组件后段工艺生产经验
具有一定的团队管理经验

Requiresteammanagementexperience.
6、技能技巧：
◆熟悉组件封装生产或实验设备原理及使用，熟悉工艺技术原理及实验方法、数据分析处理、不良分析及解决、工艺实验方案设计及实施，熟悉产品行业标准及检测，熟练使用常用数据处理软件。
具备良好的英语读写和口语沟通能力。
具备薄膜太阳电池生产经验优先
具备德语沟通能力优先
