TheprimaryroleoftheClientPartneristopresentFranklinCoveysolutionstokeydecisionmakerswithintargetedindustry/territoryandgrowsalesrevenuewithinthoseaccounts.TheClientPartnerwillbuildmutuallybeneficialbusinessrelationships,presentcompellingpresentationsandclosebusiness.ThisisalargelyindependentfieldsalesroleforaClientPartnerwithahighdegreeofbusinessmaturity.Throughtraining,thisindividualwillacquireexpertiseonFranklinCoveyofferingsincludingtools,worksessions,andtrainingcomponentsforoursolutions.

EssentialJobFunctions
·Keyinitiatorofnewbusinessdevelopmenttargetingmediumtolargesizedaccountsforstrategicpenetration.
·Independentlycallsonmidtosenior-levelexecutivesandotherrepresentativestogenerateproduct,program,andconsultingsales.
·Diagnosesandassessesclientneeds.Prescribes,designsandimplementsstrategicinterventionsusingthefullrangeofexistingorcustomFranklinCoveycontent,products,and/orprograms.
·Presentsandprovidesindividualclientconsultationsincontextwithoverallinterventionstrategyasneeded.
·Writesandoverseeseffectivebusinessproposals.
·ClosesbusinessconsistentlywithintheFranklinCoveyguidelinesdevelopedforproductandservicesmixandpricing.
·Designscustomprogramsandtailorsstandardprogramstomeetindividualclientneeds.
·Designsaccountstrategyandbusinessdevelopmenttodevelopnewandexistingaccounts.
·Developsandexecutesonterritorymarketingandmanagementplantomeetandexceedmonthlyrevenuetargets.
任职要求:
Requirements
Thispositionrequiresaminimumof5yearsofexperienceincorporatesales,preferablyinaprofessionalservicesenvironmentsellingtolargecompaniesandMNCs.Astableworkhistoryandsuccessfultrackrecordofpersonalsalesperformanceinalargecorporateenvironmentisessential.Requiresaconsultativesalesbackgroundwithdemonstratedskillsintheareasofleadgeneration,forecasting,prospectinganddrivingopportunitiestoclosure.
Degreeinbusinessorrelatedfieldispreferred.Awell-developedpatternofachievement,competitiveskills,energy,motivation,enthusiasm,andintegrityiscriticaltosuccessinthisrole.Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationsskillsareessential;mustbeabletocreateanddelivercompelling,polishedsalespresentationstobothlineleadershipandseniorcorporateexecutiveswithintargetcompanies.
