PURPOSE
AnexcitingopportunityisavailableforadynamicTalentAcquisitionSourcingManagertojointheQuintilesIMSteamprovidingtalentsourcingservicesacrosstheAsiaPacificRegionlocations.ThisrolereportstotheDirectorTalentAcquisitionExecutiveAsiaPacific.DrivingoperationalexcellenceandthecontinuousimprovementoftheTalentAcquisitionSourcingfunction,deployinginnovativetalentsourcingstrategies,talentpoolpipeliningandtalentintelligenceprograms.CommunicatingandteamingwithTalentAcquisitionleaders,Recruiters,ManagementandHiringmanagersaskeystakeholdersregardingtalentdemand,andmarketintelligence.Facilitatetrainingandbestpracticeswiththesourcingteamwithregardtodigital,social,phone,referralsourcingmethodstoscout,source,screenandpipelinetalenttomeetbothcurrentandfuturerecruitingdemandsforthecompany.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead,andcoachasourcingteamacrossthreelocationsinAsiaPacific
BuildtrustedrelationshipswithTalentAcquisitionLeaders,RecruitersorHiringmanagers,understandtheirneedsandcraftanddeliversourcingstrategiesthatmeetthehiringneeds.Owntheentirecandidateexperiencefromconnectiontoshortlistinginanassignmentcontext,andalsoprovideongoingrelationshipcontactovertime.ExecutebestpracticedigitalandsocialmediastrategiestoreachtalentwithQuintilesbrandingprograms,anddevelopthesecapabilitieswithinthesourcingteam.Sourcecandidatesthroughvariouschannels,includingbutnotlimitedtointernetsearches,jobboards,employeereferrals,coldcalling,alumni,socialmediachannelsandotherinternaldatabasesMaptalentinacompetitiveandlateralindustrylandscape,aroundtalentpoolconcepts,understandingtheirreportinglines,jobscope,preferences,andavailabilityfornextcareerchallengeProvideexternalmarketplaceintelligencefeedbacktotheTalentAcquisitionteamandBusinessStakeholdersDevelopreportsandregularlyprovideprogressupdatesandreportsLeadprocessimprovementinitiativestostreamlinestaffingproceduresandperiodicallyevaluationContracts/relationshipswithexternalvendorssuchasrecruitingagencies,jobboards,backgroundcompaniesandotherstaffingcontractors.Providerecommendationsformodifications.Representcompanyatrecruitingeventsandprofessionalconferences.Planandexecutehiringevents.
