Shift Operator工作职责
岗位职责：
1.ParticipateinHSEtrainingandwordinaccordancewithHSErequirements
参加公司的安全、健康和环境培训，并在安全、健康和环境要求下进行生产活动。
2.Participateinothertechnicaltrainingprogramandcontinuouslyimprovetechnicalskills
参加公司组织的各项技能培训，不断提高个人的技术水平。
3.OperatetheincinerationlineandcontroltheprocessparametersinthespecifiedrangeinaccordancewithSOP.
负责焚烧装置操作，根据SOP（标准操作规程）将生产工艺参数控制在规定的范围之内。
4.Conductpatrolaccordingtoschedule,inthespecifiedrouteandwithduediligenceandidentifytheproblemsontime.
按时、认真进行规定路线的岗位巡检，并在巡检过程中能够及时发现问题。
5.Analyzeandsolveallkindsofoperationproblemsontimeandreporttoteamleaderaccordingly.
及时判断和解决生产及操作过程中出现的各类问题，并向值班长汇报。
6.Inthecaseofaccidents,analyzetheaccidentandhandleitundertheinstructionofteamleader
在事故状态下，能及时判断事故的性质并在值班长的指挥下进行处理。
7.Timelyandproperlyrecordtheactivities
负责按时真实填写岗位记录
任职要求：
1.Graduatedfromoccupationalhighschoolorabove,majoredinchemicalengineeringorrelative中技及以上，主修化学工程或相关学科
2.Morethan3yearsworkingexperienceinchemicalindustry,engagementinchemicalproduction3年以上在化学行业，特别是在化学生产方面的经验
3.Workexperienceinmultinationalcompanyispreferred有跨国公司经验的优先考虑
4.GoodCommunicationandproblemsolvingskill沟通和问题解决技巧
5.Maturepersonality,teamplayer.个性成熟，讲究团队合作
6.Mustbewillingtodoshifts(Twoshiftsby12hours)
愿意翻班工作（两班倒）
