Recruiting manager工作职责
岗位职责:
1.根据各部门需求,执行人员招聘计划,发布招聘信息、收集筛选简历,利用各种有效招聘途径满足公司的人才需求;
2.独立开展人员的招聘工作;
3.做好各招聘岗位的面试安排及甄选;
4.开拓、维护并逐步优化各有效招聘渠道,充分利用各招聘渠道为公司获取所需人才;
5.定期对招聘效果进行分析评估,提高招聘效率。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,英语沟通流利;
2.3年以上互联网行业招聘经验;
3.良好的沟通能力,思路清晰,反应敏捷;
4.性格开朗,做事细致认真,执行力佳,抗压能力强,有强烈的责任感及学习精神。
