PURPOSE:
--Responsibleforretailcampaignsandconsumerengagementactivitiesinstoretoenhancetheconsumerexperienceandbuyingenvironment.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
--PlanandformulateretailcampaignsthatalignedwithATL&BTLactivities.
--Communicatewithretail&wholesalesteamandworkwithVMteamtodevelopinstorecommunicationmaterialsincludingcampaignmaterials,instoregraphic,consumercatalogues,instorevideoetc.
--WorkcloselywithVM/TNteamtodevelopcampaignlaunchpacktoDTCandwholesaleusebeforeeachcampaign.
--Trackthecampaigns’executionandbudget,ensureexcellenceinretailpresentationandcampaignlaunchontime.
--DevelopcampaignGWPidea,sourcing&pricenegotiationwithvendor.Monitorregionspremiuminventoryandusagesituation.
--Strictlyfollow&monitorcampaignlaunchprocess,maketheevaluationofthesuppliertoensurehighqualitycreative,executionandmaintenance.Quicklyresponse&feedbacktheissues.
--Exploreopportunitytocreatetheinteractivepropstoenhancetheconsumerjourney.WorkcloselywithVM&SPteamtodeveloptheattractiveandinspiredbuyingenvironment.
--Analyzeperformanceandeffectivenessofeachcampaign/consumeractivitytodrivesalesandtraffictothestorewithexpandingtheconsumernetwork.
--Monitor&reportcompetitorretailmarketingprograms&calendar.
--Coach&developtheteamtobemoreprofessionalandcooperativewithallrelatedfunctionstobuildthestrategicrelationship.

Experience:
