Resident Engineer工作职责
岗位职责：
-AsrepresentativeforR&Dinprojectteaminfrontofcustomer,youareresponsibleforallR&Dfunctionsduringthewholeprojectdevelopment.
-Youassumethetechnicalmanagementofdevelopment,integration&introductiontomanufacturingofproducts.

-Themaincontactofthecustomerforthetechnicalitems.
-Astechnicalrepresentativetobepresentincustomerplantoraccordingtocustomerrequirement.DaytodaytechnicalinterfacebetweenCustomerandShenzhen/CreteilR&DteamduringRFQandProjectdevelopment.
-Onsitetechnicalactivity,tosupportthecustomerforvehicleintegration/systemtests;likeProductvehicleintegration,LF/RFrangetesting,systemtestingandsoon.
-Makethefirstanalysisofanyfailureatcustomersite.Duringprojectdevelopment&0Kms/warrantyreturn.
-TowitnessCustomer'strialrunatthecustomerfacilities.
-Toparticipatetoregularprojectreviewwithcustomersandprojectweeklymeeting.
-Tocollectcompetitioninformationfromthecustomerandidentifythenextbusinessopportunities.
-WeeklyreportthejobandattendanceincustomertoprojectmanagerandN+1.
-Engineeringdegreeinelectronic,softwareorautomation
-experienceinonboardelectronicssystemsdevelopmentintheautomotiveindustry,automotiveexperiencedesirable
