Quality Control工作职责
岗位职责:
1)执行和发展传统品质管理技术,如CP/CPK,计分制,Fishbone、供应商改善对策报告等;
2)管理元器件的进库和出库检测;
3)为每个组件的质保选择正确的质量检测技术;
4)进行扬声器,扬声器系统和各个组件的可靠性测试;
5)通过正确的方式与供应商协调合作以帮助解决问题;
6)以系统管理员的身份输入并维护我们的生产系统里的精确质量记录;
7)与我们的设计和开发团队紧密合作,明确规范已设计好的元器件及产品的质量保证方法;
1)ExecuteanddeveloptraditionalQAtechniques,suchCp/Cpk,Supplierscoring,Fishbone,SCAR,etc.
2)Managethecomponentsincomingoutgoinginspections
3)SelectingtherightQCtechniquesforeachindividualcomponentqualitycontrol.
4)Reliabilitytestingofspeakers,speakersystemsandindividualcomponents
5)Coordinationwithsuppliersonproblemsolving,helpingtosolveissuesthruthecorrectiveactions
6)PerformassystemadministratortoinputandmaintainaccuratequalityrecordsinourProductionSystem
7)Workcloselywithourdesignanddevelopmentteamonspecifyingthequalityassurancemethodsforthedesignedcomponentsandproducts
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,工科专业;
2、3年以上喇叭质量管理经验;
3、熟练的外语读写能力;
4、有良好沟通表达能力和组织能力;
5、良好的计算机水平;
6、学习能力强
