Project Buyer工作职责
岗位职责：
-SupportprojectawardduringCAAwithcompetitivecostsandsavingsplantofinanceprojectacquisition,seeksandobtainpurchasingCAAvalidation
-Buildupprojectsuppliertargetpanelfrompre-SOCOwithcommodityorganisation(RSL/BGSL)tobundleawards
-Voiceofsegmentstrategyintheproject,andvoiceoftheprojecttothesegments
-Installcompetitionbetweensuppliersafterpre-SOCO,bringingatleasttwosuppliersatthesametechnicallevelbeforetheSOCOforallcomponents,proceedswithallnegotiationsbeforesourcingtopushthecostdown
-Leveragecommodityorganisationtoreachpre-sourcing,sourcingdecisionsandmeetprojecttargetsandoffsetwithsupplybasequicksavingsimposedbycustomers
-Ensurestimelysignoffwiththesegmentsofallsuppliercontractsrelatedtheproject(fromdevelopmentcontractstomassproduction)
-Achievesprojectpurchasingindex
-ForglobalplatformsassembledinmultipleplantsofValeo,coordinateswithPG/PLPPDandotherprojectbuyerstoensureprojectwillmeetfromSOPwith(i)commoditystrategyrequirementineveryregion,(ii)localizationinlinewithneedsofreceivingplant,(iii)globalleverageandsecurisationofthesupplybasefortheplatform
-Ifrequired,supportR&Dwithprototypesandpre-serialsourcingcommercialnegotiations(physicalmanagementofpartssupplynotunderpurchasingscope)
-LiaisewithpurchasingNonProductionorganisationtoachieveprojectinvestmentsandtoolingtargets
-Managesachievementofallprojectmilestonesrelatedtosuppliers
-Definesandcontrolscommunicationflowsandcontentsbetweenprojectteamsandsuppliers
-WarrantsutilisationofGroupprojectpurchasingandsuppliersqualitytoolsandinformationsystems
-Ensurecapacitiesforallcomponentsarecoveredforhisproject,inliaisonwiththecommodityorganisation
-Foradvancedpurchasing(P3/P2):
-proposeandvalidatewithcommodityorganisationpre-sourcingtargetsuppliers
-managesallcontractualaspectstoprotectValeointellectualpropertyandsegmentpanel
-ManageeachmilestoneofcleanprojectforPurchasingandhaveallevidenceuploadedbeforemilestonevalidation
-ManagepurchasingprocessasV5000requiredandsupportauditofreferenceitems
-UsePUMAandotherofficialtemplateandmakerecordforallcontractsandotherimportantinformation(CBD,QCDcontract…etc),andgettransferlistsignedwithproductivitybeforeSOP
