Process Technician工作职责
岗位职责：
1.建立各相关制程的标准作业指引及检查表和技术参数文件。
EstablishinganddocumentingWorkInstruction,Checklist,recordsheetsandinspection;
techniquesofrespectiveprocesses;
2.制程优化和品质改善的分析和相关实验数据收集。
Implementingexperimentsanddatacollectionforprocessoptimizationandquality
improvement;
3.协助工程师对生产中的问题进行分析和跟进。
Assistprocessengineerforanalyzingandsolvingproductionproblem;
4.制程参数确认和监控并确保其（标准参数）一致性。
Inprocessparameterverificationandmonitoringforassuringtheconsistentofprocess
control;
5.新进技术员和员工培训。
Trainjuniortechniciansandoperators;
6.其他相关工作由其主管安排。
Otherjobsassignedbyhis/herSupervisor;
7.对员工关于劳工道德的相关建议及疑问给予积极的回复；确保所有员工参与劳工道德的培训；确保内部审计中发现的劳工道德问题得到及时修正，并理解、积极协作公司劳工道德目标及行动计划的实施。

任职要求：
1.大专或相当院校毕业。
Diplomadegreeorequivalent.
2.至少1年以上相关行业工作经验。
Atleast1years’experienceinmoldingprocess.
3.有相关模具修理及改进经验。
Hasmoldrepairandimprovementexperience.
4.良好团队合作，工作主动，责任心强。
Goodteamwork,ownership,initiative,withasenseofurgency.
注：该职位可考虑2017届大专及以上学历毕业生，需要有教强的学历能力、分析能力及问题处理能力，并能适应倒班的工作节奏。
