Plant Engineer工作职责
岗位职责：
1.Leadtosolvedailyproductionprocessproblem,analyzetherootcauseanddriveforimprovementtimely.
2.Reviewthecurrentproductionprocesssetup,identifypotentialforimprovementinviewofproductionqualityassurance,operationefficiencyandcostreductionetc.
3.Leadprocessimprovementprojecttodesignanddevelopnewassemblylineorassemblyfixtures.
4.Bepartofnewproductproject,worktogetherwithplantengineertoensurenewassemblylineandprocessiswellsetupforpilotproductionandmassproduction.
5.Technicaldocumentpreparation,andmanagement,traintotechniciansandoperators.
6.Engineeringchangemanagement.
任职要求：
1.BachelordegreeinMechanicalengineeringorrelated.
2.GoodEnglishcapabilitybothinwrittenandoral.
3.Min.3yearsofprofessionalexperienceinthedesignofproductassemblyline,
4Hassolidexperienceondevelopingautomaticassemblymachinebyusingpneumaticcylinder,servomotors,sensors,evenintegrationwithrobot.
5.VeryskillfulintheuseofUGNXtodomechanicaldesign.
6.Goodknowledgeonmachiningandhandsonexperienceinsteelfabricatedparts,fitter,latch,millingmachineanddrillingmachineispreferred.
