Operation Manager工作职责
岗位职责:
1)KeepclosemonitoronSOPreviewforteamaccount,randomcheckteammemberunderstandingaboutSOP
2)TakeleadfornewaccountonboardincludebutnotlimitedtoSOPreview/staffrecruitment&training/vendormanualmaking/vendormeeting
3)Supervisetheteamtoprovidehighqualityservicetocustomers,minimizeservicefailureandcustomercomplain
4)Maintaingoodrelationshipwithserviceproviderincludingwarehouse/customsbroker/bookingagent/oceancarriersandensuretheservicedeliveriesinaccordancewithourcustomers’requirements.Regularreviewmeetingwiththemisneeded
5)Buildupsupervisorswiththeskillsofteammanagement
6)Organizethecustomersvisitingoodmannertomeettheexpectationofthecustomersincludingpreparingprofessionalpresentationandon-siteintroduction
7)Establishclosetiewithcustomerlocalofficeviaregularmeetingandclosemeetingfollow-up
8)Supportwithindividualteamforvarioustasksassignedbybranchmanager
9)Ensureteammemberupdatefinancesystemcorrectlyandaccurately,nolosstocompany
10)Takeleadfornewprojectpreparingandimplementation
11)MonitorShanghaiKPIperformanceandprocessstreamline
任职要求:
1)Atleast8yearsofexperienceinoceanforwardingindustryandbuyerconsolidationexperienceispreferred
2)Atleast3yearsofteammanagementexperience(>5people)ispreferred
3)Detail-orientedandgoodanalysisskill
4)FluentEnglishinbothoralandwritten,CET-4isamust
5)Highsenseofresponsibility
6)Canworkunderpressureandwillingtotakechallenge
