OPERATION工作职责
岗位职责:
1、负责管理公司销售团队,规范运作流程,确定销售策略;

2、根据公司下达的年度经营指标,合理分解至销售团队,并实施销售团队绩效考核,以达成指标要求;
Distributecompany’sannualsalestargettothesalesteamlegitimately;conducttheperformanceassessmentforthewholeteamtomeetthesalestarget;
3、负责制定和完善营销管理制度,并逐步建立健全适应市场发展的完整的营销体系;
Responsiblefortheplanningandimprovementofthesalesmanagementsystem;buildandperfectanintegratedsalessystemwhichadaptingtothemarketdevelopmentstepbystep;
4、负责销售团队的能力培养,对其业绩进行定期评估,并制定和实施晋升及淘汰机制;
Responsiblefortheabilitytrainingofthesalesteam;makeregularassessmentsofitsperformanceandsetthecorrespondingpromotion/eliminationmechanism;
5、负责公司大客户的开发和维护;

6、对公司整体经营指标的达成负责。

任职要求:
1、大学本科及以上学历,经济管理或市场营销相关专业,了解制造业并有培训/管理咨询工作经历者优先;
Withabachelordegreeoraboveinbusinessmanagement,marketingorrelevantmajors,theknowledgeofmanufacturingindustryandtheworkexperienceintraining/managementconsultingisaplus;
2、5年以上销售管理工作经验,2年以上销售经理或同级职位行业任职经验;
5+yearsofsalesmanagementworkexperience,2+yearsofsalesmanagerorequivalentpositionprofessionalworkexperience;
3、英文沟通能力(口语及书写)较强;
GoodcommandofEnglishcommunicationskill(especiallyoralandwrittenEnglish)
4、有较强的销售管理经验,及团队管理经验;

5、良好的团队领导能力和协作能力、人际沟通能力、谈判能力和解决问题的能力;
