岗位职责：
1.ProjectDevelopment
-Collaboratewithaccountowner,subjectmatterexperts,andcustomerstodevelopprojectscope,projectplan,etc.
-Synthesizehardandsoftdataintoacomprehensivebaselineorsolution.
2.DataAnalysis,Modelling,andSimulations
-Gatherinformation/dataonprocessesfrombothinternalandexternalstakeholdersthroughobservationsandinterviews.
-DevelopExcel/Accessbasedmodelsforlighterprojects.UsesophisticatedsoftwaretoolslikeSupplyChainGuruforcomplexprojects.
-Developin-depthknowledgeofthesituationsothatthecurrentprocesscanbeadequately“flow-charted”and“baselined”,whilescenarioscanbemodelledforsimulationoroptimization.
3.Presentation&Communication
-Visualizetheproject’sbaselineandproposalintoolslikePowerpointandTableau.
-WorkindependentlyandeffectivelycommunicatewithpeopleatseverallevelsfromthecustomerandExpeditorsorganizations,todrawoutinformation,andassisttheNSManagertoleaddiscussionorpresentation.
-Report/Presentprojectprogressatvariousstagesandparticipateinthefinishedprojectpresentationtothecustomer.
任职要求：
oDegree/MastersinIndustrialEngineering,DecisionScience,orOperationResearch.
oDegreeonmathematics,statistics,computerscienceorotherrelevantengineeringdisciplinescouldalsobeconsidered.
oMinimum2yearsworkingexperienceinanykindoflogisticsandsupplychainfunctions.
oRelevantworkingexperienceinanalyticalorsolutionsdevelopmentfunctions,andpriorworkingexperienceincustomer’ssupplychainorganization(ieNOTlogisticscompany)arehighlypreferred.
oAdvancedskillsinMicrosoftExcelisaMust.
