Model Engineer工作职责
岗位职责：MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES:
LeadBIMCoordination:SpatialCoordinationofdiversedisciplinesusing3Dmodelastool,conductingclash-detectionandconflictresolutionamongtheparties,includingthecoachingofeachdisciplinetoproactivelybuildanddesigninasmartfashion,allthisduringthedesignphaseaswellasduringconstruction.
ModelManagementandadministrationensuringahealthyBIMdatabase:Establishanefficientprojectsetup,includingdocumentsworkflowandfilesharingprocess.
3DModeling:Creationof3Dmodelduringthedesignphaseandpreviousthespecificvendorscomeonboard,inordertosupportthedesignintentaswellastheearlycoordinationprocess.
SupportthedevelopmentofthebuildingandshowathandbypresentingtheBIMmodelasaviewing/navigationtooltothedesignteam.
Responsibleforensuringthattherideandshowandother3rdpartyvendorsarecompilingtheir3DinformationinaformatthatwillbecompatiblewithUniversal'smodel.
LeadefforttoestablishUniversal-specificBIMstandards.
AssistBIMCorporatestaffindeployingproject-templatesonspecificprojectsandensuringteamadherencetothem.
UnderstandandactivelyparticipateinEnvironmental,Health&SafetyresponsibilitiesbyfollowingestablishedUOpolicy,procedures,trainingandteammemberinvolvementactivities.
Performsotherdutiesasassigned.
任职要求：
EDUCATION:Bachelor'sdegreeinArchitectureoranyconstruction-relatedfieldrequired.Master'sdegreeinArchitectureoranyconstruction-relatedfieldpreferred.
CERTIFICATIONS,LICENSES,REGISTRATIONS:Registeredarchitectorengineerwouldbeaplus.
EXPERIENCE:4-7yearsofarchitecturaldesignmanagementprocessexperiencerequired.
Aminimumof3yearsofexperienceinconstructionadministrationand/orconstructionsitemanagementrequired.
Aminimumof2yearsofexperienceinturn-keyprojectswhileimplementingBIMcoordinationprocessrequired.
Aminimumof3yearsofexperienceinprofessionalenvironmentwithworkingknowledgeofdesign,themepark,entertainmentandshowindustryworkflows,productioncycleandprioritiespreferred.
Orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.
