Materials Analyst工作职责
岗位职责：
§Workingwithnewclients,onourCoreproductorsupportingexistingclients,youwillbeclientfocused,mainlyinvolvedinundertakingthefollowingactivities:
§Processanalysisandproductionofdetaileddesigndocumentationsuitableforinternaluseand/orclientreviewandsignoff.Thismayincludeworkingintensivelyinface-to-facesituationswithclients.
§ParticipateinconductingworkshopsandreviewingofartefactslikeRS,FS,design,userdocumentation,UATetc.
§Assistingwiththeplanningandexecutionoftestplansforintegrationandprocesstesting,includingtheraisingoffaultlogs.
§Assistingwiththeplanningandexecutionoftestplansforintegrationandprocesstesting,includingtheraisingoffaultlogs.
§Providingdetailedanalysisanddocumentationofdatatransferissuesandliaisingwithclientsforeffectiveandpracticalresolutionofanyproblems.
§Productionofhighqualitytrainingmaterials&deliveryoftrainingonclientsiteoratNETSOL.
§ProvidingsupporttotheSalesandMarketingteam,providingassistanceatSalesdemonstrationsandpre-salesworkshops.
§BusinessAnalystsarerequiredtofollowlaiddownstandardsfollowingexistingpoliciesandprocedures.AlltheseactivitiesrequiretheanalysttohaveagoodknowledgeofourLease&AssetFinanceproduct,forwhichtrainingwillbegiven.
§Actasabridgebetweentheclientanddevelopmentofficeteam.
§Facilitateclientinreviewingchangerequests.
任职要求：
§MinimumBachelor'sDegreeinaccountingandfinance,businessorinrelatedfields.
§BusinessanalystexperienceinaFinance/AssetleasingORrelatedenvironmentsuchasBanking/Insurance.
§Experienceofworkingunsupervisedinclientfacingroles,translatingbusinessrequirementsintohighqualitybusinessspecificationanddesigndocuments.
§Abletoworkeffectivelyinateamaswellasindependently.
§Flexibleandabletocopewiththedemandsofhigh-pressuredimplementations.
§Self-sufficientinSQLqueryusagetosupportinvestigationandanalysis.
§Experienceinmulti-cultureenvironmentintermofteam,clientandbusinessdomain.
§ExcellentcommunicationskillsinbothEnglishandChineseisamust.
§BackgroundorexperienceinMultiFinance/AutoFinance&LeasingsectorofChineseoriginwillbepreferred.
§AnycandidatepossessingaccountingknowledgewillbeofparticularinteresttoNETSOL.
CandidatemustbeabletotravelPakistanforthetrainingofDevelopmentsupport,Testing,Documentation,Deliveryresponsibility&readinessandmeetings/workshopsasandwhenrequiredbasedontheassignments.
