Marketer工作职责
岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
1.Plan,executeandmanagesalesoperationsinthenationalfoodservicesectorunderthedirectionoftheGMandDirector.
2.Lead,guide,manageandmotivateeachsalessupervisortodevelopandincreasebusinessundercompany’spolicy.
3.Constantlymonitorandreconcileaccountstoensureallpaymentsandcollectionsaremadeontimeandoftherightamount;
4.Assistinorganizingandexecutingeventssuchasexhibition,roadshow,taste-test,sampling,presentationandsuchotheractivities;
5.Liaiseandco-ordinatewithvariousdepartmentsofthecompanytosupportsalesmembersandcustomersonmarketingandcommunicationneeds;
6.Fromtimetotimeassistandcompleteothertasksnotlistedwithinthisjobdescriptionthatisassignedbythecompanyandsuperiors,aswellashelpingotherdepartments’colleaguesintheirworkswhentheneedarises.
Requirements:
1.Minimum3-4yearsinrelevantsalesbackground,Englishcanbeusedasworkinglanguage.
2.Excellentnegotiationandpresentationskill,goodknowledgeandcurrentnetworkinfoodindustrialsectorpreferred,especiallyhaveworkingexperienceatfastfoodchainsandhotelsales.
3.Goodsenseofsalesandmarketstrategyforsalesplanandpushittoexecutionandmeettarget.
4.Managingteamandcandevelopteammembers.
5.Canworkunderpressure,withstronginitiativeandpositivethinking.

1完成本团队既定的销售及其它各项指标;
2负责制定区域内年度销售计划、月度销售计划等并组织实施;
3管理、指挥和监督所负责区域内各级人员的日常工作及业务工作;
4培训、指导、考核本部门人员,并采取有效措施鼓励渠道成员;
5协调并理顺区域内分销渠道,依照本企业政策建立区域销售的分销网络;
6负责制定销售激励政策,并采取有效措施鼓励渠道成员;
7协调与公司相关各个部门的关系,协助市场收集、整理、分析市场信息;
8完成上级安排的其他工作。
岗位任职要求要求
教育经历本科以上;
专业要求市场营销、工商企业管理类相关专业;
工作经验10年以上相关工作经验,5年以上团队管理经验;餐饮客户管理相关经验
技能要求团队管理能力,业务辅导技巧;及其他领导力素质。
知识技能计算机、办公软件熟练使用
