Legal Supervisor工作职责
岗位职责：
1.Advisesupervisorandassociatesonlegalobligationswithregardtooccupationalsafety提出安全方面的建议，满足国家安全法律法的相关要求；
2.Assisttheplantonthesafetytargetandtakeactiontoachieveit协助制定工厂年度安全目标，并制定相应实施计划；
3.Planandconducttrainingsforassociateswithregardtooccupationalsafety制定和实施安全培训计划；
4.Findoutthepotentialproblemsonsafetyandfollowuptheactionimplementationaccordingly找到安全隐患并跟踪整改措施的落实；
5.Initiateandupdatesafetyrulesandsupervisethefulfillment制定安全管理规章制定并监督执行；
6.Beresponsibleforthesiteaccidentmanagementandmaketimelyandregularreportaccordingly负责本地工厂的安全事故管理,根据要求完成及时和定期报告；
7.Coordinateandsupervisethequalificationofspecialequipmentoperation协调并监督特种设备和特种作业操作；
8.Beresponsibleforthesafetyrelatedapprovalofconstructionfromexternalparties负责外来人员的进厂施工的安全作业审批；
9.Beresponsibleforthereleaseofthesafetydevicesforthenewmachines负责新投入设备的安全附件的放行；
10.Beresponsiblefortheoccupationalhealthmanagement根据国家相关法律要求，开展职业健康工作；
11.Organizethegovernmentpermitandyearlytesting组织相关的政府审批验收，和年度监测；
12.DefinethePPEfordifferentpositionsandsupervisetheimplementation定义各工位的安全防护用品并监督佩戴；
13.CoordinatetheOHSrelatedauditandfollowuptheactionplanasrequirement协调安全和职业健康方面的审核，跟踪整改计划落实情况；
14.MaintainEHSmatrix,ensuretofulfilltheOHSAS18001standard根据EHS矩阵模型，满足OHSAS18001的标准要求；
15.Superviseandsupporttothesecuritymanagementofthepropertycompany监督支持物业公司的安保服务；
16.Bethecontactpersonwithauthorityonsafetymanagement作为企业与政府的安全方面的联络人；
17.Finishthetasksassignedbythesupervisor完成主管交代的其它工作；
任职要求：
1.4yearsuniversityacademic大学本科毕业
2.Atleast3yearsofsafetyandoccupationalhealthworkingexperienceinmanufactoryindustry3年以上制造业安全和职业卫生工作经验
Officesoftware,Englishspeakingandwriting,EHSmanagementcertificate,ISO14001,18001knowledgesystem熟练使用办公软件，英语书写及口语流利，持安全管理相关证书，了解ISO14001,18001相关知识及系统
