Leasing Manager工作职责
岗位职责:
1.Establishleasingstrategyandleasingactivitiesplanbasedoncompanybusinessplan.Beresponsibleforpre-openingofnewproject,establishleasingplanandkeytasks,projectprogressandtimelinemilestones
根据公司业务发展战略制定招商战略和计划。筹备开业,制定招商思路,制定招商目标、重点任务及进度表。
2.Conductmarketresearch,analyzecommercialrealestateindustry,marketenvironmentandbrandtrends
深度分析商业地产行业,判别市场、行业、品牌趋势
3.Conductprojectresearch,analyzetheregionbusinessenvironmentandcompetitors'status,completeresearchreportandrentalforecast
进行项目调研,研讨商业项目,区域市场和竞争对手分析,完成调研报告和租金预算
4.Setupleasingstrategy,projectpositioningandplanning,conductcommercialtermandconditionsnegotiationswithtenantsespeciallykeyaccount,signLOIandleasingcontract
制定招商谈判策略,进行商务条款谈判,重要品牌谈判,签订租赁意向书和租赁合同
5.Beresponsibleforleasingmanagement,followleasingprocessandtenantmanagement,maintainexistingtenantrelationship,businessdevelopnewbrand,retailersandtenants
负责招商管理,推进招商工作,品牌及客户管理,维护现有品牌关系,发掘新业态和新主题,以及新租户开发
6.CoordinateallactivitiesrelatedtoleasingwithotherdepartmentpeersinDevelopment,set-upOperations,LegalandFinance
就招商相关事宜与公司部门同事(开发部、筹建部、营运部、法务部及财务部)进行协调沟通
任职要求:
1.Bachelordegreeandabove,majoredinbusiness,economicsorrelatedarea
本科以上,商业或经济相关专业
2.1-3yearsofcommercialrealestateleasingmanagementexperiences
1-3年以上商业地产招商管理经验
3.Befamiliarwithcommercialrealestateindustry,haverichbrandsresourcesandin-depthnetworkingintheindustry,havematureexperiencesinthewholeleasingprocessincludingmarketresearch,projectpositioningandplanning,pre-openingleasingandcommercialnegotiations
