LEGAL COUNSEL工作职责
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:-50%法律事务
1.负责起草、审核公司所有经济合同及涉外合同并提出法律指导意见；
Responsiblefordraftandreviewalleconomicsandforeigncontractsandprovideprofessionallegaladvice.
2.负责对公司重大经营决策及经营项目提供法律咨询和解决方案；
Providelegaladviceandsolutionforcompanymajorbusinessdecision-makingandbusinessprojects.
3.参与集团指定的其他投资、合资或其他项目的法律支持工作，包括但不限于：组织立项前的法律风险评估工作；参与项目谈判等。

4.开展法律培训，做好与业务相关的国际案例研究和宣传等；

1.制定合规检查计划、拟定检查方案并组织实施、审核和报送合规报告；

2.构建公司合规管理体系，对公司各部门开展合规审查，识别、评估、监测和报告公司合规风险，并提出控制措施。

3.监督、检查公司内部控制体系以及风险管理体系的健全性、合理性和有效性；

4.组织合规培训和政策宣导，提供合规政策咨询；

任职要求：
QualificationsandRequirements:
1.法律专业本科以上学历，通过国家司法考试；
Bachelordegreeoraboveoflaw,passnationaljudicialexamination
2.5年以上公司法务经验，具备公司合规管理相关工作经历者
Above5yearsworkingexperienceincompanies,experiencedincorporatecompliancemanagement
3.具备英语口头及书面沟通的能力；
GoodcommandofEnglishreading,writing,speakingandlistening.
4.具有较强的沟通协调能力、谈判能力、应变能力和控制能力
Strongcommunicationandcoordinationability,goodnegotiationabilityandproblemsolvingandcontrolability.
