Launch Engineer工作职责
岗位职责：
A.Createandexecuteprojectworkplansandreviseasappropriatetomeetchangingneedsandrequirements(bothcustomerandinternallydrivenchanges).
B.OrganizeandleadProgramLaunchTeam(PLT),ProgramReview/GateReviewMeetings,andconsistent/frequentcommunicationwithallfunctionaldepartments.
C.ResponsibletoensurethatassignedprogramsarelaunchedOn-Time,On-Budget,andatorBetterthanoriginalbusinesscaseobjectives.
D.Ensurethatallprogramphasesandproductionlaunchmeet/exceedcustomerexpectations(bothinternalandexternalcustomers).
E.Commonvoicethroughoutthelifeofprogramhavingasmuchinteractionwiththecustomer,supplier,andinternalfunctionaspossible.
F.ManageallaspectsofassignedprogrambyeffectivelyapplyingourmethodologyviaMasterTimingSchedule(MTS),ProgramAlertBulletins,ProgramActionRegister,etc.
G.Leadthecostdevelopmentteam(Sales,ProductEngineering,Purchasing,ManufacturingEngineering,IndustrialEngineering,MaterialsManagement,Facilities,ProductionFacility,HumanResources,etc.)toensureaccurateandtimelyresponsestoCostRequestInquiries.
H.WorkwithentityFinanceandOperationsManagerstoassureproperbusinesscaseassumptionswhendevelopingcostbasisforprojects.
I.DevelopandmanagetheProgramAppropriation,trackallspendingagainsttheappropriation,preparesourcingsummarytobudget/projectcountdowndocuments,andreviewcostbookdetailtoensureaccuracy.
J.Minimizeourexposuretoriskandproactivelycommunicateissuestherebydrivingteamtomakeoptimaldecisionsanddevelop/executerecoveryplansasnecessary.
K.Ensureprojectdocumentsarecomplete,current,andstoredappropriately.
