金相工程师工作职责
岗位职责：
·Beresponsibleformetallurgicalexaminationandfailureanalysis.
负责金相检测及失效分析试验。
·Performsamplepreparationandinspectionlike:cutting,mounting,polishing,etching,metallographicexamine,hardnesstestingandchemicaltestingetc.
负责金相试样制备及金相分析、硬度测试和化学成分测试。
·EnsureASTMandcustomerspecificationsbeapplicabletoalltestingareas.
确保实验检测方法符合ASTM和客户标准要求。
·Delivercorrecttestreportontime
及时交付准确的测试报告。
·Beresponsibleforroutinecalibration,maintenanceandrepairsoflaboratoryinstrumentationandequipment.
负责实验室仪器设备、计量器具的校准及检修。
·FollowtheEHSregulationduringtesting.
遵循EHS相关规定进行测试。
·Performothertasksassignedbymanagers
完成经理交付的其它任务。
Qualifications
任职要求：
·Befamiliarwithmaterialslaboratorytest.
熟悉材料实验室测试工作。
·Havestrongknowledgeabouttest,includemechanicaltest,chemicalcompositiontestandmetallurgicalanalysis.
具有丰富的实验室测试知识，包括机械性能，化学检测和金相分析。
·Specificknowledgeofsteels,titaniumalloysandsuperalloys.
熟悉钢铁、钛合金和镍基高温合金。
·Pro-activeteamworker.
