建材销售管理工作职责
岗位职责：
1.Deliversalestargetsindesignatedarea/channel(netsalesvalue,segmentmix,ASP)agreedwithDistrictSalesManagerinordertofulfilcompany’sstrategyplanonmarketingshareandprofitrequirements.
Managethesalescyclerelatedtoaportfolioofcustomers,inadesignatedarea/channel,toexecutesalesplan.Provideappropriateandagreedlevelsofcontact,serviceandsupporttoensuresalestargetsaremetMonitorsalesagainstagreedtargetsandbudgetsonaregularbasistoensuretheyaremetandwherenecessarytheneedforremedialactionsareidentified,reportedandimplemented.Identifies,targetsandimplementstheapprovedsalesstrategiesintheassignedmarketplace.Plans,executesandreportsonthesalesactivitiesintheassignedsalesarea/channel.Identifiesbusinessopportunities,pinpointsandtriestoresolveexistingand/orpotentialproblemsandrequestssupportfromtheuppermanagementorsupportingfunctionsIdentifyopportunitiestogrowthebusiness
2.Buildastrongcustomerbaseanddistributornetworkthroughoutdesignatedarea/channel.
Systematicallyscreencustomerbasefornewopportunities,generateleadsandmaintainpipeline.Identify,plananddevelopnewcustomersinlinewithbusinessdevelopmentandmarketingplansandtargets.Educatecustomersonfeatures,advantagesandbenefitsofavailableproductlinesUnderstandandassesscustomers’needs,businessobjectives,strategiesandbuildcompellingcustomervaluepropositionsrepresentingourportfolioCreatespartnershipswithcustomerstoproactivelygrowthecategory,shareofwalletDrivesefficientcreditmanagementTakesownershipofqueriesandcomplaintstoensureresolutiononbehalfofthecustomerwithinagreeddeadlines.Present,implementandtraincustomersonappropriateupdatedtoolsandassortmentCloselyworkwithfunctiondepartmenttodeliverexcellentbusinessresult
