岗位职责：
提供进出口相关服务
-实施进出口运营流程，包括进口相关文件准备，操作清关流程。产品分类；HSCode管理；进口证件申请，特别是在食品饮料业，化妆品行业；与政府机关沟通及供应商管理。
-确保进出口程序符合海关的相关规定。
供应链管理
-协调物流公司进行海外货物出口和中国境内的运输，包括采购，计划，国际运输和仓储。
-跟进货运状态，确保货物及时到达。
-其他与供应链有关的工作。
跨境电商管理
-运营线上批发商店
-协调供应商促销线上商店商品
-管理线上商店进口和物流商品
客户和供应商管理
-拟定进出口服务合同，推进销售
-维护进出口服务客户关系

-Achieveascoreofatleast8.5NPSoncustomersatisfaction
-Growimport/exportservicetomanageatleastRMB2m.monthwithin3months,includingofflineandonlineserviceofferings
Thisiswhatyouwilldo:
DeliverImport/exportservice
-Executeimportandexportoperationprocedures,includingimportdocumentpreparationandCustomsclearanceprocess.Tasksincludeclassificationofproducts(HScode),documentspreparation,importpermitsapplication,especiallyinFood&Beverage,Cosmeticindustry,internal/externalcommunicationwithgovernmentofficesandvendors.
-Ensureimport/exportoperationsareincompliancewithCustomsregulations.
SupplyChainManagement
-WorkwithlogisticscompaniesforgoodsshipmentsoverseasandlocaldeliveryinChina,includingpurchasing,planning,internationaltransportationandwarehousing.
-Trackshipmentstatusandensuregoodsareshippedontime.
-Othertraderelatedlogistics.
E-commerceandCBECoperations
-WorkwithTPtooperatetheonlinewholesalestore.
-CollaboratewithvendorsandTPtouploadpromotegoodsononlinestore
-Manageimportandlogisticsforonlinestoregoods
Clientandvendormanagement
-Proposeimport/exportservicecontractstoleads.
-Manageclientrelationshiponimport/exportprojects.
任职要求：
-AstronginterestinsupportingUK/foreigncompaniestradewithanddobusinessinChina.
-DiplomaorbachelordegreeinLogistics,InternationalTrade,BusinessAdministrationorotherrelatedfield.
-Atleast3-5workexperienceinimport,exportandlogisticsinChina.
-KnowledgeofimportprocessinFTZ
-KnowledgeofHarmonizedTariffclassification(HS)
-Ideally,atleast2yearsexperienceinacustomer-facingrole,bothintheUKandChina;astrongcustomerserviceattitude.
-NativeChineseSpeakerwithfluentwrittenandspokenEnglish.
-Abilitytoworkunderpressure,proactiveproblemsolver
