岗位职责：
1.CoachandcoordinateforeignteachersandChineseteacherstofulfilldailyteachingtask;
2.Establishyearlyteachingplanandsuperviseteachingprogressandresult;
3.Optimizeexistingacademicproducts’teachingsolutions;
4.Supportmarketingactivitiesuponrequest;
5.Responsibleforcoursedevelopmentbasedonexistingcurriculum,withaparticularfocusononlinecontent;
6.LeadorparticipateindeliveringESLandsubjectcoursesviavirtualclassroom;
7.Providefeasibleadviceandsolutionstoproblemsofteachingmanagement;
8.ReporttoandliaisewithCourseResearchandDevelopmentSupervisor.
任职要求：
1.NativeEnglishspeaker(BritishEnglishandNorthAmericanEnglishpreferable);
2.Bachelor'sDegreeorabove;MajorinEducation/English/Linguistic,TESOL/TEFLcertificateisaplus;
3.Minimumof2yearsteachingexperienceandcurriculumdevelopment
4.Basicunderstandingofonlinelearningandteachingpracticesandtheories
5.Goodcommunicationandcoordinationskills
6.Strongteachingmanagementabilitypreferred
