IT Head工作职责
岗位职责:
TheLearningandEducationManagerwillworkinIMAChinateamandtheEducation&CareerServices(ECS)teamandwilldesign,launchandmanageengaging,highqualitycontinuingeducationproductsdesignedforaccountingandfinancialprofessionals.He/shewillneedtoidentifylearningneeds,formulatecurriculum,overseetheadministrationoftheChineseLearningManagementSystem(LMS),anddeliverlearningprograms.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:
·CoordinatewithECSteamfromIMAheadofficetoparticipateinasingleglobaleducationstrategywhichcouldinvolveformalizingkeystrategic/performancegoalsforIMA’seducationalapproach,surveyingtheusers’professionaldevelopmentneedsbyregion,leveragingthoughtleadershipworkregardingfutureneedsofprofession,anddrivingnextstepsforincreasingrelevantofferingstotheChinausers.
·Communicatewiththestakeholderanduseproductdevelopmentcycleprocesstoassessaudienceneeds,developrelevantlearningobjectives,determineproductdesignandstructure,overseethecreationofcoursesthatensureaccuracyfromanaccountingandadultlearningperspective
·FormulateannuallearningcurriculumandapproachtomeettheCPEneedsandIMAstrategies.Developingandmonitoringthepolicies,proceduresandbudgetsoflearningandeducationinChina
·Workcrossfunctionallywithsubjectmatterexperts,vendors,andinternalteammemberstocreateandlaunchcourses
·Overseevendor/consultantcontracts,workoutput,andassociatedexpensesrelatingtocoursedevelopment
·UnderstandIMA’sstrategicvisionandtheproducts,services,andlearningplatformsofferedtoCMAandCMAcandidates
·CoordinatewithECSteamandotherinternationalteamsbyparticipatingonavarietyofIMAprojectsrelatingtoprovidingvaluetoCMAandCMAcandidates
·AdministertheChineseLMStoensurehighqualityandontimedeliveryofonlineproducts;workwiththeECSandITtechnicalteamstoensureallissuesaddressedintimelymannerandinsurethatChinausersaresupportedonthesystem.
·Develop/maintaincontinuousimprovementmechanismsandreportsforlaunchedproducts
·AlignoveralllearninganddevelopmentapproachtoIMAheadoffice;localizeglobalprogramstomeetneeds;participateinongoingeducationteamupdateswithECS,Branding,andITteams.
任职要求:
·MinimumofBachelor’sdegree.Master’sDegree(orhigher)inAccounting,Finance,BusinessEducationorTrainingdisciplinepreferred
·Minimum5yearsofexperienceinLearningandDevelopment,TrainingorEducationdelivery(emphasisonfinanceoraccountingeducationpreferred)
·Experienceindesigninganddevelopingcontinuingeducationproductsforadults,liveworkshopsand/oronlinecourses
·Strongprojectmanagementskillsincludingdevelopingplansandensuringtimelyandqualityimplementation
·StrongwritingandeditingskillsandbothEnglishandChineselanguages.
·Creative,agileandindependentthinkingprocesses
·Stronginterpersonalskillsandtheabilitytoworkcollaboratively.Strongabilitytohandlemultipleandshiftingpriorities
·ExcellentpresentationandfacilitationskillsinbothEnglishandChineselanguage
