IT Coordinator工作职责
岗位职责:
1.Vendorsmanagement,vendorcommunication,quotationinquiryforallpurchasingitemson-site,vendorcontactinformationupdates,Managescontractorproblems/issues,performanceandadministration.
2.Frontdeskreceptionmanagement,makesureprofessional&uninterruptedreceiptionservice,backuparrangeforself-absence.
3.Softservicedailyoperation&supervision;Dailychecklistandrelatedreports.
a)Janitorial(communicatewithJanitorialvendortomakesureproperdailyshiftarrangementofcleaninglady;Tododaily/monthly/quarterlycleaningmonitoringandinspection;deepcleaningarrangement/supervision/checking,implementingcompletionreporttoFM;Regularcleaningtraining,etc.)
b)Pantry/Cafeteriasuppliesmanagement(includingpantryconsumptionsorder/deliveryservicesupervision;quotationinquiry,etc.)
c)Officestationeriesmanagement(includingstationeriespurchasing,distributionservice;monthlyconsumptionsummarizeandplacingorders;non-standardstationeriesquotationinquirycheck,etc.)
d)Internalpottedplant(includingregularplantinspection,maintenancearrangement;greenplantpestcontrol,receptionarea/presidentofficeflowerqualitysupervision,plantreplacementarrangement&checklist;holidayofficedecoration,etc.)
e)Pestcontrolmanagement(includingpestcontrolschedulesettingandcheckingreport.)
f)MailServiceManagement.
4.Recommendssolutions/proposalsformajororcomplexBMS/BESmaintenanceissues,summerizevendorssolutionandprovideinternalactionplantoFMforfurtherdiscussion,andfollow-upwiththeimplementinguntilcasesclosed.
5.WISPMonthlyseatingoccupancyupdateinsystem,officeseatingcoordinateandsetupcheck,providemonthlyseatingreport.
6.Basedonorderprocess,issuePOandsendtovendor,doingreceipting,XchangingProcedure,referrallistcorrection,invoicescollection&delivery,updaterelatedPO&Invoicetrackingfiles.
7.Clients’feedbacksurvey,emergencycasehandling,resolvesproblemsand/orconflictsandmaintainsopencommunicationwiththeclienttoensuresatisfactionetc.
8.CBREcontracts/documentssortingandfiling.
9.Performsotherdutiesasrequired
任职要求:
1.Highlyinitiativetoorganizefollow-upeverytaskanddailywork;
2.Mustbewell-organizedandlogicalminds,abletoprioritizemultipletasks.
3.Minimumof2yearsdirectlyrelatedexperienceinafacilitymanagement.
4.Abilitytoworkindependentlyandexhibitasuperiorprofessionalcustomerserviceattitude.
5.Goodoralandwrittencommunicationskillsrequired-bothMandarinandEnglish.
6.SoftwarecompetencyinMicrosoftOffice.
