HandlethehiringprocedureofIN/EXITprocedure.
Checkstorestaffmonthlyattendancereport/leaverecords,conductcommissioncalculation.
CloselyworkwithC&Bteamformonthlypayrollcalculationandpaymentbasedondefiedpayrollprocess;ensureon-timeandaccuratepayrolldelivery.
Retailstaffperformanceappraisal,probationfollowup
MonthlyHRreportincludingTOreport,pplreport,productivityreport.
Workwithretailmanagerstodefinekeyperformancemeasurementsandkeysuccessfactors.
Workcloselywithretailteamtofollowuponstorestafftraining.
DriveHRinitiativessuchasemployeesurvey,employeeengagementeventsetc.
Otheradhoctasksassignedbylinemanager.
