岗位职责：
1.Maintainpayrollprocessingschedulesandrelatedtasks/events,ensureeffectivetransitionandcoordinationofprocessingeventsbetweenthePeopleServicesCentreandcross-BU/SBUHRBPteams
2.Performrequiredtasksandvalidationstepstoensureproductionoftimelyandaccurateemployeepayments,transferoffundsanddeliveryofappropriatereportsandrelatedfilesforBUs/SBUs
3.Actasday-to-dayliaisonwithHRBPs/Employeesforpayrollrelatedprocessingeventsandsystemprocessinginquiriesensuringtimelyreviewandresolutionofissues
4.EnsureADPperformspayrollservicesathighqualitywhichadheretocompanypolicy,validateADPmeetsrequiredstatutoryobligationsandcompanystandardizedprocessallthetime
5.Monitorandreportonpayrollperformancemetricsrelatedtoassignedactivities/initiatives,participateintestingandvalidationasrequiredforproductupdatesandcyclicalprocessingeventsincludingmonthly,quarterlyandannualbaseactivities
6.Maintainandadheretoqualitycontrolsthroughoutthepayrollprocessandensureitisalignedwithglobal&Chinapayrollprocess&standard
7.Identifyopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovementofworkprocesses,techniques&systemsandcontributetothebestpracticesharingwithinandacrossPeopleServicesteamsandHRBPteams
8.ParticipateinvariousHRprojectsandexecuteassignedprojectactivities
任职要求：
HumanResourceManagementMajorandrelated,withbachelordegreeorabove.
4~6yearsrelevantHRpayroll/C&BworkingexperienceinbigmultinationalcompanyorSSC
FluentlyverbalEnglishandgoodbusinessEnglishwriting.Standardmandarindegreeispreferred.
GoodknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeApplicationandHRrelatedtechnology,includingpayrollsystem,employeesmasterdatasystemandothers.
Solidpayrollsystem/process/practiceexperience(includingpayrollsystemexperience)inlargemultinationalcompanyand/orSharedServiceCenter
Familiarwithnational&locallaborrelatedlaws,aswellascompanyHRpolicies;
Attentiontodetail,strongdata,analytical&pressure-managementskills
Customerserviceexperienceandmaturecommunication&interpersonalskills
Self-motivated,highsenseofresponsibilityandpersonalintegrity,fluentinEnglish
