1)Processqualitycontrol…AuditandMonitorthemanufactureprocesstoguaranteetheQualityconformitytoWI(WorkInstruction),P2P(pointtopoint),drawing/specification;
2)DefineandImplementtheQMS(QualityManagementSystem)forplant,Buildqualityplans,Launchinternalaudit,Faceexternalaudit&FAT(FactoryAcceptanceTest);
3)AsplantBB(BlackBelt)toconnectwithglobalsupplychainfunction,tocoachplantGB(GreenBelt)candidates,defineandmanageplantGBprojects;
4)UseSixSigmamethodologytodrivequalityprocessimprovements;
5)Evaluateandtrainnewmanufacturefitteronqualityrequirements;
6)Compliancecontrol…document/spec/drawingvalidationtofulfillcustomer/GErequirement.
任职要求：
1)3+yearsworkingexperienceasBBorequivalentbackground;
2)BachelordegreeinEngineeringorequivalentdegreerequired;
3)Globalfunctioninterface,needFluencyinEnglishandMandarin;
4)Goodteaching,coachingandinfluenceskill.
5)Workingexperienceinanassemblyactivityoflargecomponents;
6)SixSigmaorContinuousImprovementtoolsexperience;
7)ISO9001experience.
