高级QA工程师工作职责
岗位职责：
-确保生产制造符合客户的规范和要求-确保实施过程中审计-识别和评估产品质量问题并与制造工程师、测试工程师、生产主管和IQC一起制定纠正措施-确保质量记录的正确维护-与客户就所有质量相关问题保持联系-开展内部质量会议-培训过程中质量审计并收集数据，绘制图表和反馈意见-准备公司标准操作程序和检查表-确保测量仪器和测试设备的适当校准，当它们校准到期时要采取必要的行动-确保ESD在生产线处于准确位置-分析、建议和实施纠正措施计划以解决质量问题-每周开展质量会议并推动质量改进计划-执行公司指定的其他职责
任职要求：
-最好有至少10年左右的经验在制造业，有SAP数据库管理经验以及对SPC、FMEA、PokaYoke、ISO9000、AS9100、TS16949、6西格玛程序和其他建立的管理系统有良好了解更好-能够独立、自律-反应快，可靠，能与各级人员很好的交流互动-较强人际交往能力、团队合作精神
RESPONSIBILITIES:-Ensurethatproductsmanufacturedconformedtocustomerspecificationandrequirements-EnsurethatIn-processauditsarecarriedout-IdentifyandevaluatetheproductsqualityproblemsandworkwiththeManufacturingEngineer,TestEngineer(ifapplicable),ProductionSupervisorandIQCEngineertodevelopcorrectiveactions-EnsurepropermaintenanceofthequalityrecordatQA-LiaisewithcustomersonallQualityrelatedissues-HoldInternalQualitymeeting-TrainQAIn-processAuditInspectorstocollectdata,plotChartsandfeedbackforactions-PrepareVentureStandardOperatingProcedure(Inspection)andchecklist-Ensurethemeasuringinstrumentandtestequipmentsaredulycalibratedandnecessaryactionstobetakenwhenmeasuringinstrumentandtestequipmentscalibratedarefoundtobeexpired-EnsureESDisin-placeintheproduction-Analysis,proposeandimplementcorrectiveactionplanstoresolvequalityissues-ConductweeklyQualitymeetingsanddrivequalityimprovementplans-PerformanyotherdutiesasassignedbytheCompany
