qe工程师工作职责
岗位职责：
1)Responsibleforestablishing,maintainingandimprovingthesupplierqualityassuranceanddevelopmentsystem
2)Performauditsonnewandexistingsupplierswiththepurposeofevaluatingtheexpectedqualityperformanceofthesupplier,andproviderelevantinformationintosupplierselectiondecisionforumsandcommoditymanagement
3)Manageinternalcustomerrelationships
a.CoordinatewithCommodityManagementandPurchasingduringselection,assessmentandapprovalofsuppliersandparts
b.WorkwithDesignteamonanycomponentsissuerelatedtodesign
c.Feedbackfromsitesonsupplierperformance
4)Identifyandestablishqualitycontrolapproachesandsupplierdevelopmentplanswithrelevantsuppliersassuringincreasingsupplier'sprocessmaturityandoutstandingproductqualitythroughouttheproductlifecycle
5)Perform,Reportandcoordinatenewmaterialapproval(NMA)-mechanicalcomponents&device
6)InitiateCorrectiveActionReportmanagementandresolution
7)Developandmaintaincomprehensiveproceduresandpoliciestomeasureandensuresupplierperformance
8)Implementsupplierscorecardtomeasuresuppliersoncriticalcharacteristics,reviewingscorecardswithsuppliers
9)Monitorkeyqualitymetrics(SupplierOTD,andQuality-system,processauditSryield)
10)Establishsamplingplan&testingcriteriaduringincoming,siteinspectionoratsupplierproduction
11)Leadeffortrequiredtodevelop,implement,andverifymanufacturingcontrolsystemsatsuppliers

·Minimumoffiveyearsofrelatedexperience
·Mustbeabletoanalyzedataforaccuracyandcorrectlyinterpretresults
·Abletointerpretmechanicaldrawing&identifycriticaldimensions
·Experienceinmetalstamping&boxbuildassembly
·Strongknowledge&experienceintheapplicationofstatisticalmethods/SPCtodesignreliabilityandprocesscapability
·GoodEnglish&Chinesecommunicationskills,bothverbalandwritten.Abletoread&speakJapaneseisanadvantage.
