Finance controller工作职责
岗位职责：
1.Implementationofinternalcontrolsenvironmentrequiredtosafeguardsiteassets
Development,communication,implementation,andmanagementofnecessaryinternalcontrolstosupportthebusinessasitevolvesfromGreenfieldtoproductionsite.
2.Accurateandtimelyclosingandreportingoffinancialresults.
Coordinatetheallmonthlyclosingactivities.
·Completeallnecessarymonthlyreportingandanalysisforsite,regionalandcorporateoffices.
3.AccurateandtimelymanagementofalltreasuryrelatedactivitiestosupportIFCloanandcorporateofficesupport.
·Responsiblefortheon-goingcompliancewithIFCcreditagreementandfacility.
·Ensureadequatefundingtosupportfuturecashobligationsandrequirementsfortheentity.
4.Responsibleforthecompletionofallsitecashprojections,forecasts(LE)andbudgetingprocesses
·Coordinatethecompletingofallprojectionsrequiredtosupportthesiteandregional,corporaterequests.
·Responsibleforthecoordinationandcompletionofannualbudgetprocess.
5.ResponsibleforthecoordinationofallauditrelatedactivitiesforthesitesinsupportoftheIFCcreditfacilityandtosupportcorporateconsolidatedreporting
·Coordinateallauditactivitiesincludingthecompletionofauditrequestsandworkpaperstoensuretheon-timecompletionoftheannualauditandrelatedfinancialstatements.
6.Ensureson-goingcompliancewithlocal,statutory,andtaxauthorities.
·Maintainspropercommunicationwithlocalbureausofofficestoensurecompliancewithallregulatoryresponsibilities.
